Accessibility statement / הצהרת נגישות
Our commitment
GS TechWorks works to make its website and remote services accessible to people with disabilities. Our technical target is Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1 at level AA, based on WCAG 2.0 with Israeli adaptations, under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
Using this website
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter to activate links, and Space to operate buttons and switches. A visible focus indicator shows your position.
- The first link skips to the main content. Headings, labelled navigation, meaningful control names and image alternatives help assistive technology identify the content.
- Use the Accessibility button on any page for text sizes up to 200%, high contrast and reduced motion. Escape closes the dialog and returns focus to its button. Reset restores the default display preferences.
- You can also use browser zoom and your device accessibility settings. Device reduced-motion preferences are always respected. Display preferences are saved only in your browser, separately for this website, when local storage is available.
- The accessibility statement is available from the footer and the Accessibility menu. The statement and public support information do not require signing in.
Checks and known limitations
The October 2026 release was checked using automated accessibility rules and keyboard and layout checks in Chromium 155 on macOS, including narrow screens, enlarged text, high contrast and Hebrew reading direction. These checks do not establish accessibility in every browser and assistive-technology combination. A complete independent audit and a full VoiceOver or NVDA review have not been completed.
External services, including email applications, have their own interfaces. Please contact us if they prevent you from accessing our service; we can discuss an accessible way to provide the information. We will update this statement when a limitation or temporary accessibility problem is identified.
Remote service and accessibility requests
Our services are provided online or remotely; we do not operate customer-facing premises. For help accessing information, an alternative accessible format, or to report a barrier, email info@gstechworks.com. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and, if helpful, your browser and assistive technology. Do not send passwords or private photos. Describe your preferred way to receive a reply.
Accessibility requests are handled by GS TechWorks. We do not claim professional accessibility certification. No exemption is claimed in this statement.

המחויבות שלנו
GS TechWorks פועלת להנגשת האתר והשירותים מרחוק לאנשים עם מוגבלות. היעד הטכני שלנו הוא תקן ישראלי ת״י 5568 חלק 1 ברמה AA, המבוסס על WCAG 2.0 עם ההתאמות הישראליות, בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג–2013.
שימוש באתר
- אפשר לעבור בין רכיבים באמצעות Tab ו־Shift+Tab, להפעיל קישורים באמצעות Enter ולהפעיל כפתורים ומתגים באמצעות מקש הרווח. מסגרת מיקוד ברורה מציגה את המיקום הנוכחי.
- הקישור הראשון מאפשר לדלג לתוכן הראשי. כותרות, אזורי ניווט מתויגים, שמות ברורים לרכיבים וטקסט חלופי לתמונות מסייעים לטכנולוגיות מסייעות לזהות את התוכן.
- כפתור הנגישות בכל עמוד מאפשר לבחור גודל טקסט עד 200%, ניגודיות גבוהה והפחתת תנועה. Escape סוגר את החלון ומחזיר את המיקוד לכפתור שפתח אותו. איפוס מחזיר את העדפות התצוגה לברירת המחדל.
- אפשר להשתמש גם בהגדלת התצוגה בדפדפן ובהגדרות הנגישות במכשיר. הגדרת הפחתת התנועה במכשיר נשמרת תמיד. העדפות התצוגה נשמרות רק בדפדפן, בנפרד עבור אתר זה, כאשר אחסון מקומי זמין.
- אפשר להגיע להצהרה מהקישור בתחתית העמוד ומתפריט הנגישות. ההצהרה ומידע התמיכה הציבורי זמינים ללא כניסה לחשבון.
בדיקות ומגבלות ידועות
בגרסת אוקטובר 2026 בוצעו בדיקות נגישות אוטומטיות ובדיקות מקלדת ופריסה בדפדפן Chromium 155 ב־macOS, לרבות מסכים צרים, טקסט מוגדל, ניגודיות גבוהה וכיוון קריאה בעברית. הבדיקות אינן מעידות על התאמה לכל שילוב של דפדפן וטכנולוגיה מסייעת. טרם הושלמו סקר נגישות חיצוני מלא ובדיקה מלאה באמצעות VoiceOver או NVDA.
לשירותים חיצוניים, ובהם יישומי דוא״ל, יש ממשקים משלהם. אם הם מונעים גישה לשירות שלנו, אפשר לפנות אלינו כדי לבחון דרך נגישה לקבלת המידע. נעדכן הצהרה זו כאשר תתגלה מגבלה או תקלה זמנית בנגישות.
שירות מרחוק ופניות בנושא נגישות
השירותים ניתנים באופן מקוון או מרחוק, ללא מקום לקבלת קהל. לקבלת עזרה בגישה למידע, לבקשת מידע בפורמט נגיש חלופי או לדיווח על חסם, אפשר לפנות לדוא״ל info@gstechworks.com. כדאי לציין את כתובת העמוד, מה ניסיתם לבצע ובמידת הצורך את הדפדפן והטכנולוגיה המסייעת. אין לשלוח סיסמאות או תמונות פרטיות. אפשר לציין כיצד נוח לכם לקבל מענה.
